WORK EXPERIENCE
April 2023 / Painted an illustration for the collaborative project FATHOMS, a Mermay Anthology.
June 2022 / Painted two illustrations for the charity Artbook Sparkle & Sea Zine. All crowdfunding proceeds will be donated to two non-profit organisations fighting for trans rights, GATE and Acceptess-T.
Summer 2020 / Exhibited an original watercolour painting at the Atelier du Bain aux Plantes, 8 Rue du Bain-aux-Plantes, Strasbourg, France, as a guest artist, for their exhibition Forêts.
September 2019 / Created an illustration for GROW, A Rainforest Charity Artzine, an Artbook successfully crowdfunded on Ulule. This international project was composed of an eclectic team of volunteer artists from many different countries, all united against deforestation, and was organised as a reaction to the fires ravaging the Amazon Rainforest. All proceeds were donated to the Rainforest Trust charity.
September 2018 / Exhibited several original illustrations as a guest artist at the Atelier du Bain aux Plantes in Strasbourg, France, themed around the "Fantastique" literary and film genre.
June 2018 / Created an illustration for the 2019 Calendar of the CEDAF, the "Centre d’accueil de la faune sauvage de l’Ecole vétérinaire d’Alfort", which is a part of the veterinary school of Alfort.
August 2016 / Publication of a cover illustration for the 15th and last issue of the French amateur webzine Vers à Lyre, around the theme of "the Animal".
May 2016 / Exhibited several original illustrations during the Ateliers Ouverts event in Strasbourg, as a guest of the atelier Animaillons, located at the espace Colod'art.
December 2015 / Exhibited several original illustrations during the alternative Christmas Market Fées d'Hiver at the espace Colod'art.
June 2015 / Publication of an illustration for "La Symbiose", a short story featured in the amateur webzine Mots et Légendes, issue n°9, Science Fiction dans tous ses états.
June 2014 / Publication of an illustration around the central theme of "Masks", for the summary page in the 14th issue of the French amateur webzine Vers à Lyre.
January 2014 / Publication of an illustration in the second issue of the amateur artbook Beurk!, themed around "Evolution".
From Mai to June 2012 / Worked an internship as a print-oriented graphic designer at the EURL Pom One, in collaboration with the microentreprise Treize Design, in Oberhausbergen, France.
EDUCATION
2012 - 2015 / Earned a Licence en Arts Plastiques degree at the Faculté des Arts of the University of Strasbourg, 67000 Strasbourg. (Cum Laude) It can be roughly be equated to a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts.
2010 - 2011 / BTS en Communication visuelle, focused on Graphic Design, Publishing and Advertising, first year, at the Lycée Le Corbusier, 67400 Illkirch. This BTS degree in the field of Visual Communication can roughly be equated to an associate's degree within said field. [Interrupted during the second year due to health reasons]
2009 - 2010 / Mise à Niveau en Arts Appliqués, at the Lycée Le Corbusier, 67400 Illkirch.
SKILLS
Languages: Native French, perfectly fluent English, and the basics of German.
Software: Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator. A superficial knowledge of video editing with After Effects & Shotcut.
Creative Skills : Illustration, character design, photography, photo-editing, as well as knowledge in the field of print-oriented graphic design.
